General Summary:
On behalf of Stewart-Haas Racing (SHR), the Video Content Producer will be responsible for creating video content that highlights the brand, its drivers and its partners. This position will ideate, produce, shoot and edit videos that will live across SHR’s digital channels, as well as sponsors. This person will be a member of a creative team that generates and implements highly sharable content that is creative, attention-getting and on-brand for the race team. The role requires a multimedia professional with experience in shooting, editing and archiving video content for digital and social media platforms.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work as part of an in-house department that will have capabilities across digital marketing, content creation and social media marketing.
  • Produce, shoot, edit and archive original video content for SHR, its partners and its drivers.
  • Develop and implement a wide range of content forms including video, text, still, animation, live action and other content forms.
  • Deliver real-time content on race days and at NASCAR events.
  • Participate in weekly creative meetings that will ideate new projects, outline schedules for upcoming projects and set an annual calendar for content distribution.
  • Participate in weekly Partnership Marketing meetings to understand upcoming sponsor initiatives and internal holistic Partnership Marketing objectives.
  • Work alongside the marketing brand managers to service partner content requests as they are received.
  • Work collaboratively with brand managers to ensure their respective brand strategies are incorporated into the overall video content strategy.
  • Other duties that may be assigned by the Head of Digital and Content Strategy or President.
  • Participates in other projects related to Stewart-Haas Racing, Haas F1 Team, Gene Haas Foundation and additional miscellaneous projects.
Qualifications and Work Experience:
  • 1 - 4 years of experience in a videographer or video production role
  • Demonstrated experience with post-production and graphics software, include Adobe Photoshop, Premiere & After Effects. Photography capabilities a plus
  • Understanding of all studio elements including video, audio and lighting
  • Extensive experience in digital and social media formats
  • Experience tracking projects using collaborative tools
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and departments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Business judgment; strategic and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask, managing multiple projects with tight timelines
  • Proactive and have the ability to work independlty and bring new ideas to the table

  • Video, audio and graphic production skills using Adobe Creative Suite

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
General office environment. No extraordinary physical demands required. Some stress may occur when tight deadlines are required.

Travel Demands:
This position will travel to NASCAR race events on a consistent basis. Extensive travel and extended hours will be required at times.

General Summary:
Reports to the Vice President of Sales. Responsible for assisting in the development process of new partnership for the company's race teams, with a focus on the NASCAR Cup Series, NASCAR Xfinity Series as well as all properties owned by Tony Stewart and Gene Haas including NHRA, World of Outlaws, and Formula One assets.

This position supports all aspects of team sponsorship sales but is primarily responsible for program ideation unique to individual prospects. Day to day operations include developing and executing creative presentations, as well as enhancing current assets or researching new tools to improve our competitive advantage.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities in Order of Importance:
  • Responding to request for proposals (RFP) and new business opportunities with innovative concepts
  • Manage and update presentation materials
  • Develop new ideas and opportunities for presentation materials including, print, digital, and additional “out of the box” assets
  • Preform research surrounding the sponsorship prospect to fully understand all aspects of their business
  • Understand the changing landscape of sponsorship marketing to include a product mix that maximizes the individual needs of the prospect
  • Analyze a prospect’s traditional, digital and non-traditional marketing needs based on the customer’s marketing targets and objectives, and craft an integrated marketing solution(s) to meet those needs
  • Perform research on industries and companies that may be potential sponsor candidates
  • Participate in weekly sales and marketing meetings
  • Participate in other projects related to SHR, Gene Haas and Tony Stewart
  • Assume any miscellaneous responsibilities deemed necessary by the Vice President of Sales and the sales team as a whole
  • Support the marketing department’s duties during race weekends including, but not limited to, facilitating team sponsor requests, hosting sponsor executives, etc.
Education and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Preferred 2+ years supporting comprehensive integrated sports marketing partnerships or other relevant business development experience
  • Preferred 1+ year agency experience in business development or relevant experience
  • Knowledge of request for proposal (RFP) response or relevant experience in creative business development tactics preferred

General Summary:
Reports to the Vice President of Sales. Responsible for the development of new sponsors for the company’s race teams with a focus on the NASCAR Cup Series, NASCAR Xfinity Series as well as all properties owned by Tony Stewart and Gene Haas including NHRA, World of Outlaws, and Formula One assets. This position supports all aspects of team sponsorship sales, including identifying appropriate categories and companies to prospect, conducting research on appropriate categories and companies, soliciting specific companies and applicable decision makers, preparing presentations, presenting such materials to senior executives, and managing sales process through contract execution.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Research, prospect and establish leads for corporate relationships followed by an introductory needs/analysis discovery meeting utilizing a consultative approach.
  • Work closely with the VP of Sales to establish a business plan to achieve organizational sales and services goals.
  • Build and manage a revenue pipeline of new partners to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Maximize category yield in all major categories through the sale of fully integrated partnerships.
  • Proactively maintain knowledge of the key customer segments, research trends, emerging markets, and the changing landscape of sport sponsorship.
  • Work with the VP of Sales to ensure assets are structured, packaged, and priced to maximize revenue and value to corporate partners. Identify trends and prospecting categories; create actionable partnership sales strategies.
  • Assist in the development and execution of department budget related to the implementation and execution of corporate partnership agreements and new sales initiatives. 
  • Prepare periodic sales analysis reports; generates other analytical reports as needed or requested.
  • Present activity reports to the Vice President of Sales on regular basis
  • Participate in other projects related to SHR, Gene Haas and Tony Stewart
Education and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in partnership sales preferably in the sports and/or entertainment industry
  • Proven track record in pitching, negotiating, and closing long-term, seven figure integrated marketing partnerships
  • Experience in making impactful presentations to senior executives
