Licensing

Brand Information & Use

Thank you for your interest in Stewart-Haas Racing and our licensing program. Our team actively manages the trademarking of four NASCAR Sprint Cup Series drivers, Tony Stewart, Danica Patrick, Kevin Harvick and Kurt Busch in addition to Tony Stewart's exclusive lifestyle brand, Smoke, and the Stewart-Haas Racing brand.

From its Kannapolis, North Carolina headquarters, Stewart-Haas Racing manages the licensing program from application to production, offering our licensing partners a well-rounded and professional yet comfortable family experience.

Download the Stewart-Haas Racing prospective licensing application.

Please fill out the application in its entirety, include all collateral materials, the application fee and anything necessary to aid the licensing department in making an informed decision about granting your company trademark rights. Please note that submitting a prospective licensing application does not guarantee your company will receive licensing rights.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us:
