Harvick scores 20th NASCAR Cup Series pole for SHR in the Oral-B USA 500 at Atlanta Motor Speedway (29.118 seconds at 190.398 mph). It is Harvick’s 12th career Cup Series pole and his first at Atlanta. And by winning the pole the week prior at Bristol, it marked the first time in Harvick’s Cup Series career where he has scored back-to-back poles.
