Barrett - Jackson / Home Depot 20 Stewart sold

This was sold back in 2009 for $165,000 and is listed as one of the top takes from Nascar Drivers that have been sold at Auction. Tony was there to watch it go. It was mentioned in an article that I read today about Nascar rides that have sold for the most.

There are some comments on some of the cars that said they raised $$$,$$$ for charity during a particular season and sold for whatever at auction for charity.

Wednesday night, one of NASCAR team owner Jack Roush's personal cars crossed the Barrett-Jackson auction block, selling for a hammer price of $39,000. The car in question was a highly modified 2006 Ford Mustang GT known as the Blackjack Mustang.

This car has a Roushcharger - a/k/a supercharger - that boosts horsepower from 300 to 430. Other goodies include a Roush high-performance exhaust system with polished tips and a Roush billet aluminum engine compartment accessory trim kit.

Underneath is a Roush suspension package consisting of upgraded shocks, struts, springs, sway bars, jounce bumpers and brushings. There's also a Roush brake package. Roush 18-inch forged wheels with ultra-high performance tires, Roush front fascia, front chin spoiler, hood scoop, side skirts, rear quarter window louvers, rear valance and rear wing.

Wow, what a steal at that price. That's what happens though with no reserve... Great looking car

Quite honestly that's not much of a selling price to bragg about if you look at all the other cars selling price in comparison, other then as mentioned, the buyer getting a deal for that low price.
