He had been complaining that it was just wicked loose. I think that any adjustments he made by going in would have cost him so much in track position that they were thinking they may not be able to make it back up and if they over correct, it could make it worse in the opposite direction and they won't make any headway either. So, as I understand it, that is the reason he chose to stay out and do the best he could and try not to lose to much in those number of laps that were left.
I got the butter, clams, shrimp, scallops, and corn...so where is my lobster
