That is beautiful counrty up your way. I wish I could talk Awsum20 into moving to that type of area, but she's a city baby. If there isn't a Wallie World with-in 10 miles, she feels like she's in the boonies.

We have two post offices, two pharmacies, three gas stations / convenience stores, two department stores, McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, four fire stations, a hospital w/ trauma center w/ helicopter, three lumber yards, two large private schools, three public libraries, three public schools, police station, 9 ambulances, seven hotels, numerous restaurants (burger, breakfast, italian, pizza, chinese, seafood, thia, and combo joints), Chrysler / Dodge / Jeep / RAM Dealership, two grocery stores, two hardware stores, four banks...within 20 miles there are two Staples Office Supply stores, three Walmart stores, two Home Depot, two Lowes, and all the fun you can handle when not working.

After shoveling the snowbanks back another 6 feet on one side of the driveway and taking down the Christmas Tree as well as attending a school board meeting tonight...I really feel like this guy.

I don't know how you do it, Beaver. At my age, I just don't see me going back to shoveling snow.

Paper & pencil, huh j? Probably a good idea. Mrs HH has the place plastered in sticky-notes. She loves them things.

I feel like that too and im not that old.Shoveling STINKS!!

HH, he's still a youngster. I just hope he learns to pace himself before it's to late.

as long as I take my meds and stay away from magnets, I should be good for awhile longer.

In case your thinking...oh my gosh he has a heart condition at his age...no, I have a pace maker type device implant to control my seizures.

Looking at the pic Duffy posted takes me back to those "good old days" (yeah, right). I don't miss snow. It's OK during vacation, but I wouldn't want to live back in a snow region. We got snowed on at the south rim of the Grand Canyon years ago when we were hiking and that was OK... but not to live in it.

Be careful all you snow shovlers out there. Pace yourselves.

Talk about a temp. change, an 45 mns ago it was only 26*.and now that the sun has popped over the tree's it's already 35*. With a hi of only 46* an sunny.
