possible fines for Brad???

just finished watching nascar victory lane. Brad sure let loose with several obscenities in the press room when asked about 'the incident' between the 15 & 24. I'm just going way back when Jr. used the word $hit & lost 25 pts. when he was racing for the championship. I doubt if anything will happen to Brad, but it sure would make things a lot more interesting for next weeks race as far as points go!
spit on it, suck it up & go

I'm no fan of Brad. Monetary fines are acceptable, taking away points would be total bulls***.

Re: possible fines for Brad???

Way back when Dale jr was fined points Nascar was trying to be total PC. They are not like that now. He may get hit with a fine, but wont get a points penalty.

Boy Nascar wouldnt be able to climb out from under of the conspiracy theories led by Linda if that happened.

Re: possible fines for Brad???

well i just watched the brad interview, and where i may not agree with him, i think the anger he showed in that interview was deserved, he does get dumped on by drivers very easily, plus when he used those colorful words all i thought of was how edwards dumped him twice and both accidents could have ended ugly. i know tony likes to chime in on brad, but after dega tony has no room to talk about anyone, gordon can be a hot head and act like he is untouchable.

now of course bein a JJ fan a 35 point penalty sounds good.

NASCAR wouldn't dare fine that nice young man after not throwing that caution.

It's been lonely being the only Brad fan in the chat room during race time Doc. Hope you're doing better.

What was up with NASCAR not calling a caution? Talk about inconsistency! If Brad or JJ or Jr would have been winning and they didn't call a caution, people would be calling foul. Luckilly, it was Harvick who won but I was astonished they let those drivers run through that oil on the final lap. Safety should come first and if you look at Ryan's car, slide around, you could tell it was sliding in fluid and there's Danica smoking and barely out of the way, it was stupid they did call a caution. I hope Harvick whining about being in front of the line when the caution was called didn't come into play.
Where there's Smoke, there's fire!
