newman takes pay cut to stay at SHR

To add--Ryan himself has said repeatedly he is happy with his team and not to mention the Nascar anylists who also say he has a good CC. Yet--lots of critics around this forum apparently thinking they know more then the owner, and the driver etc as if they are happy and dont see any major problems, then maybe just let it be?? I think some here are starting to realise this also as it bothers you, but it is what it is and isnt likely to change.
Also the point of Ryan taking a pay cut, as others have done isnt uncommon these days for drivers who love what they do and just want to drive. Most have made their careers financially anyway so isnt a big deal in that regard.

Last week reporters asked about Brian's knee and he said it was none of their business...the same as Ryan did with his interview with Marty Smith before last week's race about his contract (although he said it differently).
Ryan & Tony have kept their blue collar attitudes through thick and thin.

Well that means they have no fire!!!!
They dont care enough to trash teammates in a public forum!!!
They are just there to earn a paycheck now. This means they dont drive hard anymore.
