My thoughts on the wild card

While everyone is paying attention to the extremely tight wild card race for the 2nd spot between Logano, Ryan & Kahne. I believe without a 2nd win (which is what the Doctor ordered) Ryan will have to pass Kyle to make the wildcard.
All it takes is Carl to win a race, or one of the drivers with a win to fall out of the top ten & Ryan could beat out kahne & Logano & still wouldnt make it.
To me the goals are get a string of top 5's going.
Get a 2nd win if possible & if not pass Kyle in points to have a chanc to make the chase.
Logano & Kahne are the least of the problems if Ryan wants to realistically make it into the chase.

I seriously dont believe the senario ahead of Ryan is gonna stay the same. So he will need to gain points on a few drivers in front of him.
So wins & top 5's if he seriously gonna make the chase.
If you are a Logano or Kahne fan same goes for them.

He is done? I am sure Ryan Newman is so proud that one of his fans are giving up.

But yeah Ryan needs to win one more race. Could be doing that today. I don't think Logano is really going to be in the mix. It is between him, Kahne and Kyle Busch. And never count out Carl Edwards.

well my point isnt whether I think he will make the chase or not, but what he has to do to get a wild card spot for the chase. It just seemed like everyone was focused on the wrong thing. (I also worry that TG isnt focusing on Kyle at all either) His focus should be on (wins obviously) but to catch & pass Kyle, not just stay ahead of Kahne & Logano.
But thanks for taking the thread in another direction though.

the tuna shouldnt focus on what anyone else is doing, whether it is trying to catch up or stay ahead of someone, to me that is a sign of a loser and weekness, focus on what you gotta do to make the team better, and today was the same story, and the reason i was so short on my comments was, as a team they have showed no signs of winning, usually when someone wins, they go on these great runs that lead up to a win, sorry my answers arent full of rainbows and balloons, i go by facts and results, not what ifs.
