Qualified 24th...... WTF??

I believe SHR was working on (my theory only) their fuel mileage to do it on two stops. Therefore they have to practice with their old tires since they will be racing on them for a long time.

That's my hypothesis

At this point in the race (lap 15), Tony has picked up 11 spots... GO SMOKE (and I didn't pick him)

As I said.... no worries! Lap 29 and he's already up to 11th! Go Smoke!

Ok, I have Tony finishing 3rd in my weekly picks so this is a great, great run for Smoke! Still wouldn't mind if he won it, but that's no looking too good, so I'm happy for the 3rd!

I never took Tony off my points pick unlike some who did.......

Not worried at all. He didn't start well in this race last year. If not for him having his thing with Vickers he would have finished top five. In 2008 he started 38th and if not for ol Happy taking it wide wide for second with him and McMurray he had a chance at the win.

He'll be top five when all is said and done.
