Chevy39--- Wow, well said. I think a lot of us feel the way you do but you said it much better.

As for the kitten pix... those are adoreable.

Re: Ryan Vs. Tony

Thanks for the praise(timerk,peanut1439) on my writing. It comes from being a blog writer since 2002 and good old American experience.

I was going to add. If you have an issue with another person on the internet. Instead of "having it out" in the open. Private mail each other or do what you can to keep it private. That way each person doesn't feel so openly embarrassed or pressured for a response. I think that works best in one mans opinion!

I was hoping my old enemies would not end up here to continue there childish attacks. If they show up, I'm shutting down and gone. Not worth the added stress! I doubt they will any way.

It only goes to show you can have your feeling hurt even on the internet. Especially if your an alpha male/female and want to appear to be some kind of tough person!

Re: Ryan Vs. Tony

I never feel openly embarassed or pressured to respond.

If it's something I want to respond to, then I do.
If it's not, then I don't.

Whatever I do, it's me and me alone. :|

Sometimes, people are asking for it, then my funnybone takes over

I only read about 1% of the stuff on here, because honestly, journalists write the same articles every week: "{insert driver here} is getting geared up for this weekend's race"
OR
"{insert driver here} finishes {insert number here} at {insert track here}"
OR
"is {insert driver here} leaving {insert team here} to go to {insert different team here} next season?" don't know and don't care, they probably won't do any better than they are now, and jimmie johnson's gonna win the championship anyhow :geek:
OR
"jimmy spencer said {insert comment here} about {insert driver here}....we get it, jimmy spencer doesn't like anyone

we all know they (and every athlete) does charity work, so I don't read those either, don't care if they're tooting their own horn.....plus it's either give the money to the gov't or spend/donate it SO......

once in awhile an article will catch my eyes  , but I like discussion-type blogs better, the pickem game, and the jukebox 8-)
Do something with your life and go get me a beer.

I know what you mean jamo14.

I wrote on Ryan's Official Site for many, many years as a fan. I tried to come up with some original posts and just not re-pastes from other sites. Chances are, you have already read those re-paste posts.

But, people got stupid and wanted to know where I got the information as if it was being proof read for the Speed Channel "Trackside" show. If I write it, it's mainly my opinion and my culmination of 10 years of watching countless Ryan Newman TV appearances or internet radio shows or magazines. Or, it could be current from PRN Radio shows or a Speed Channel show. It was as if they were mad that I got "the scoop" once in a while on something....crazy!

i agree with ya on this jam, i have read or seen most of this stuff before its posted (not tryin to offend anyone) hence why i dont really comment on it, plus alot of us are friends and like to share other things outside of racing, im glad there are sports threads, some news, and of course my fav, the jukebox, there is no reason for us to be pigeon holed into talking just racing, but thats is me, and everyone is different..............
