Tonight I have been working on about 100 garden salads with a variety of dressings. I have also made several large apple crisps and several blueberry cobblers. There is plenty of fresh whipped cream in the fridge.

Exactly what is unhealthy about a garden salad, blueberries, and apples.

Then there is always this. Nobody is making you eat what I am making. It is a take what you want.

Look at all those healthy foods we did have last week, not what may have been cooked up in an unhealthy way.

Beav, I forgot nothing made with love and given away has any cholesterol or calories! But I think the fried everything nite may have pushed envelope a bit!! Besides, I love salads.

It's Thursday night, & it's & a movie night for me

Whew, that was fun!! We've been out here racing on the new track for so long, we've forgotten to post the race results. I know I won at least one heat. Where did all those salads go

Trust me, it had been a couple of weeks since anybody made anything in the kitchen that you did not want to eat the food in the fridge.

Two weeks?! Surely after the Darlington race, the lodge has been restocked, hasn't it?

I have turned on the ventilation system and replaced all the filters.

I have also turned on the pool's filtration system and I have already cleaned it.

I have checked out the track, just need to polish the cars and we are good to go.

I will be taking the motorhome and going grocery shopping for fresh food. The pantry has plenty of dry goods. I did turn on the fridges and freezers.

I'm already for jumping in the pool.Its 90 .
