Well, Tony Gibson said that Kurt could have hit his crew members and Nascar officials. Big man was ticked off big time for some reason. Ryan said that Kurt has a chemical imbalance. (Ryan's engineering degree qualifies him to make that determination.) 
Undecided Kurt nudged Ryan's car after the race and blamed it on taking his helmet off during that time. Does that put Kurt in the wrong? Without video it's hard to say. Maybe Nascar has a video and is keeping it under raps until they make a decision early this week. Or maybe they don't. So what do we know so far? Just everybody's personal opinion for now.
