New C-Post Template for Dega ( jayski )

New C-Post template to debut at 'Dega: NASCAR will add a new template to its inspection process when teams go through tech May 4 at Talladega Superspeedway. It's a template inspired by Hendrick Motorsports and five-time Cup champion Jimmie Johnson's team. Starting May 4-6 at Talladega, NASCAR will begin using an additional template for the C-post, the area of the car from the roof to the top of the rear quarter panel.(Sporting News)(4-13-2012)

Yes and it cost them $100,000 for the privilege of making that new rule.

They will have to wait until after May 9 before they can contribute more new rules.

Oh, come on MJ, don't ya know? Mr. H has been known for bribing people. But see, with all the crew and personnel changes at the end of 2011, see Mr. H hurt someone's feelings. And now the jig is up. That car was illegal last year as well, but someone got paid to look the other way. Get it now?

They can say it was the same car and blah blah blah, but anyone who been behind the scenes in racing knows that the car has had new body, new parts and pieces among other other things. The car was illegal, if it wasn't then they wouldn't have been fined $100,000. Innocent people don't get fined.
