New sponsor for Darlington's Cup race......

The legendary Southern 500 at Darlington Raceway has a new title sponsor with Bojangles coming on board in time for this May's event.

Officials from Darlington Raceway and the Bojangles fast-food chain announced a new, five-year title rights sponsorship for the Bojangles Southern 500. The deal will see Bojangles replace Showtime as sponsor of NASCAR's toughest 500-mile event, with Bojangles food offered at concession stands at the speedway.

Darlington president Chris Browning called the agreement a natural association between two longtime Southern brands. This year's Bojangles' Southern 500 is set for Saturday night, May 12, with the NASCAR Nationwide Series competing the previous night.

Woo Hoo! Bojangles spicy wing-bones over the catchfence from "chicken bone alley".....4 or 5 of those on the track and watering eyes will cause a caution!

Good for you guys! I'm living it in style in a hotel, sorry, did the whole camping thing at Bristol and it's just not my cup of tea. LOL Too many port-o-john horror stories for my liking. This will be my first time at Darlington and I'm so dang excited!
