So the pit crew can't even put a wheel on the car now? What a bunch of clowns, fire them all. This looks to be a long season, I hope I'm wrong. If only Tony didn't hoard all of the better guys for himself and had the plums to fire some people...

well hopefully that is what we have zippy for now. To hold someone(s) on the 39 team accountable.

i truly hope he does address these issues, because it is unacceptable, i just find it so hard to believe that the mngmt at SHR didnt feel the 39 needed any improvement, when all these other teams made improvements. harvick had a better run, and he got a new CC, the 48 changed people around, must be missin something.

someone in the chatroom during the race said Tony said WTF from his car, when Ryan's tire fell off.
So I wonder if it will be addressed by management. *crosses fingers*

well my response was are you Effing kidding me. The very 1st pitstop of the season & they already screwed up!

My exact words were WTF, it's just a friggin wheel,they can't put a friggin wheel on!!!! Ryan made a nice recovery till the,oh #### i lost count of the wrecks,let alone laughing my #### off at Jaun Montoya! Call me sick,but if anyone else did it i would have been surprised,wasn't he the one who also hit the pace car a few years back?

well I said in the chat room after he took out the jet dryer. Well now JPM can say there isnt anything he hasnt hit on the race track.

Schmoopy you are right, something needs to be done! Ryan's crew also dropped lug nuts during either the Shootout Or the Duels. Does anyone know if Ryan's pit crew is new or are they the same crew he had last year? SHR at one time shared a pit coach with Regan Smith's team, and their pit crews were backup for SHR. I don't know if they still do that, but that would be a good resource to pull from or take from Danica's team. She won't be driving cup for awhile. With as many laid off people from other teams that have shut down, replacing pit crew members should be pretty easy. Has anyone heard where Mike Ford is?

I understand 39 fans are frustrated and beyond frustrated ... but things do happen... lug nuts drop or are not tightened. I believe that Tony Gibson and his 2012 crew are doing the best they can... and I'm gonna support them as a team...even when they make mistakes and have accidents.

I can only hope the future gets brighter for this team. Go Ryan! & Go Team 39!

1st off the only way a tire comes off is miscommunications. Lugnuts dropping of & such is a long pitstop, this was a straight up screw up.
2nd you know how many times lugnut issues happen on the 39 team. Way more than average. Doesnt necessarily mean it is a particular crew members fault, but it is a fixable situation that has to be addressed. Dont know if they dropped the jack early or the tire changer didnt communicate a problem or a complete shutdown of communications with part of the team thinking one thing & the other half thinking another, but it isnt a typical $h!t happens sometimes senario. So I am hoping in the team meeting Zippy is asking the all important question. What the #### happened, & holds someone accountable. Until that happens I think mistakes on the 39 team will be commonplace. I mean continue to be commonplace.

Another screw up today. What is wrong with the SHR management?
