I was thinking the same thing. I think they are both seasoned race fans. They should have rain gear with them.

Let's try this again. Maybe...The race got rained out yesterday and there's a 80% chance it will today.
I'll have to catch it on MRN radio on my way to Morrisville,NC. I'm still on the graveyard shift this week. May catch the end of it on TV at the motel when I get there. If it runs....

35* this morning and it's s'pose to get to72* and partly cloudy. Another spring day in February.

I had to laugh last night at a tweet from SHR someone posted. They provided a U-Tube video about the rain they got yesterday I think after the race was post poned & it was a picture from some movie where this guy played like Noah & built an ark. The townspeople were there & the dam broke, then all the people started running onto this ark & the floods came & started washing them away.

I won't be able to watch the entire race. I hope to see the end of it. Time will tell.

I'll be able to watch... if it happens. The reather radar still doesn't look too good.

It's still cloudy with a few sprinkles here in Tampa. Daytona is further north of us which is where the rain storms are training across the state, west to east. They are getting heavier rain now.

From what I just read if the race runs today start time will be more like 4pm Eastern start time. Here's hoping because other wise getting set up for Phoinex becomes tight.

NASCAR just announced race will be at 7pm EST. So everyone will be able to watch, well not the 2nd and 3rd shift guys.

I will miss the beginning of it as I will be at a committee meeting...its not like I can miss it because I am the one who takes the minutes.

I already use a digital recorder for our meetings...too much stuff to keep track of on a normal basis. My other issue is that I am also the vice-chairman of this committee and the chairman is already warning me that he may not be here tonight, but he was warning me weeks ago. I wonder if has ESP or a time machine.

I don't know how wide spread Tim Horton's is, but I was in there today at noon to get a cup of coffee (had a coupon to get it free) & on the coffee cup is a game. Once you drink your coffee, roll the rim up to see if you won money or food or anything else. I didn't win, but I have some more free coffee coupons to use that was given to me by my hubby's aunt.

Just thought I'd pass this info to those who sometimes goes there & didn't know about the game going on.
