...well, this looks stupid...I'll prolly watch it anyway...when it comes to OnDemand...

...is that a breadstick or are you just happy to see me?
Re: HOCKEY IS HERE!
Detroit has won something like 18 straight home games...that's impressive
Blackhawks are having troubles defensively, which won't get them far in the playoffs

Re: HOCKEY IS HERE!
Blackhawks have lost 9-in-a-row....and now they have to go to NY and play the top team in the East...the Rangers....don't have a great feeling about this one

Re: HOCKEY IS HERE!
Well, nobody should have a problem with the Lightning this year, they are pretty much not in contention.

Re: HOCKEY IS HERE!
hey hollow, I think the Lightning beat San Jose last night
I still can't believe the Blackhawks scored 4 goals in the 1st period at the Rangers....and held the lead. Hopefully, this motivates them to continue to play with urgency.

Yeah, they did. But don't worry, it won't last.

So glad NASCAR is back because Bruins are sucking big time. I still watch and cheer and wuv my favorite captain:

Re: HOCKEY IS HERE!
jamo- I won't be surprised if you're right.
Glad to see a hockey thread. I don't get to see many games (one of these days I'll spring for the hockey package on DirecTV...) but I am a big Blackhawks fan and follow as closely as I can living outside their market.

Re: HOCKEY IS HERE!
LeslieO, I was surprised the Hawks came back and tied the game up, let alone win the SO. The Blues have the best goalies in hockey, and until last night, were awesome penalty killers (51 in a row). I was in the shop listening to the game, and they were down 3-1 in 1st period. Late in the 1st, there was a big fight that put some spirit in the team (plus taking Emory out of the net and putting Crawford in)
I think the Hawks turned a corner last night

BOOK IT
...could be...but, I wouldn't "book it" just yet. "P-burg" will have a say in it and I wouldn't rule out Boston yet, though they've been inconsistant. Out West, I think the 'Wings will be in the running and...as always, Vancouver will be around...for a while anyway...
