....Folks, earlier tonight I lost a dear friend. His name is Alan McNeeley. We had been friends for a few years and attended all the Darlington and Charlotte races. You may have heard me crow in times past about all the fun we had in the infield. All I can say is how much fun it was for all those races. Tonight, everything changed, Alan had a stroke Sunday past and at the age of 51, tonight his body just couldn't fight anymore, and the racing world lost one of its biggest fans. Most of you out here don't know me and that's okay because this isn't about that. When you lose a friend that means as much to you as Alan means to me, it makes you re-evaluate ALOT of things you do and have done. .......All I can ask is that anyone that cares to, please say a prayer for his family and for his wife's family as well............ Thanks in advance, MW......

True friends are few and far between. The loss of one is great. You will think of him often so make your thoughts about all the good times.
Blessings to all who knew and loved Alan. May your heavy hearts soon grow lighter.

I can't express words any better than what has been done already. I just hope the family receives all the love and prayers said for them in their time of grief. Also the best to MWS because losing a friend means you've lost something of yourself. Cherish the memories as they are priceless....
The Military Thanks You For Standing Behind Them. If You Can't Do that You Can Always Stand In Front Of Them.....Think About It.....
Thank you to those who took a step forward to save the rest who stand still.

When you laugh at a joke he would have liked or told ... when you see something he would buy or want.... when you re-tell stories with him in them... he lives on and is always with you. Right now those things will be few & far between... but I can promise you that one day... you WILL smile when you think of him.
NASCAR may have lost one it's best fans, it's true... but he's in the stands with Dale Sr, Dan W. and many, many others. Whatever seat YOU get at a race in the future...trust me... HE has a better view and some hella GREAT company!
Hope you feel better soon. Love ya, ya big lunk! {{{{ HUG MW }}}}
Smoke 'em if ya got 'em!
Sh*t happens... but don't worry, it usually happens to me.
