It all winds down to the last lap and how amazing it must have felt for you to cross the finish line as the CHAMPION. Congratulations Tony you are the man! Thank you for taking us on the journey with you.

What a ride it was....and ryannewman39....I believe it was the 14 pin you gave me in New Hampshire last yr that gave the 14 so much luck....well that and the wristbands!!

Not only the first Owner/Driver to win the Championship since Alan Kulwicki in 1992, but the only driver to win The Winston Cup, the Nextel Cup, and the Sprint Cup....

Way to go,Tony,Darian,Robert and 14# crew. Awesome,Awesome Job!!! It was the best race I have ever seen!!!! Gutsy,gutsy, calls. Darian you are the best! I was a little worried, but you had Devine help! Tony you drove like your hero A.J.! You are simply the best,better than all the rest. Amazing,simply amazing!! This race is one for the record books,in more ways than one. Thanks for the best season yet and it is only 97 days til Daytona.

This was a pleasure for everyone involved from Gene Haas, Margaret Haas car owner, the 14 team, the 39 team and fans everywhere to honor you Tony Stewart as 2011 champion. The # 3 will go down in NASCAR history as one of the most exciting ending to a season ever. Thanks Tony for all the thrills your fans can handle.

That is what a championship run looks, the best 2 drivers battle it out, That was exciting fun and just the most awesome race race I have ever watched. voice is gone but it was worth it.

Great run Tony it has been an exciting Chase and it was great to see you come out on top. Congratulations and I look forward to Daytona in a few months.

That was the best chase I have ever seen! Two guys..one race..lot of drama for the driver chasing the points leader.. tons of set backs..but will the True Champion Please Stand UP! Smoke! Man on a mission...not to be denied! A real Champion..does not quit for any reason..and Tony... you did not quit on your team or your fans.. you gave us,just what we were looking forward to...and that was SHR having it first Championship, first Owner Driver Championship since 1992, with the late Allen Kulwicki. The fire in your soul, proved to be too much for competition to handle last night! Bar none... you put on a #### of a show! I wish I was there to see it in person.. I will always remember your chase comments, and how you kept your word..smack talking or not..you lived for the moment..and raised to the occasion!

Tony "Smoke" Stewart.. you are a true champion, what you accomplished reminded me of the late Dale Earnhardt. Thank you for the wonder season, that you and SHR put together.. and lets prepare for maybe a second title in a row!

I am called Smoke at work.. and I have a dog just like his..same colors and all! ANd I have to "don't quit attitude as well".. determination conquers all!

I've got to admit, I was a little doubtful during the season. But watching the Chase, I saw a team on a mission. Despite whatever internal issues were there, they put it all aside and focused on the main goal of winning a championship. That is the mark of excellence; the mark of a true champion. I have never seen Tony drive a race like Homestead. He was like a man possessed! Although nerve wracking, I knew he would win just by watching the constant determination. Way to go Smoke! Thanks for a great championship run and lets do it again next year!
