KESELOWSKI UPSET AT NEWMAN
Brad Keselowski, who entered the race fourth in the points, finished 24th. He fell to fifth in the standings, 49 points behind Carl Edwards. Keselowski’s race took a hit when he backed into Denny Hamlin trying to exit his pit stall late in the race. Keselowski was not happy with Ryan Newman, though, whose pit stall was in front of Keselowski's stall.
"It was my fault 100 percent (in backing into Hamlin),'' Keselowski said. "It started with (Ryan Newman), who didn't even try to get into his pit stall and made every effort he could to block us in. It's Bull--- team orders (expletive). He deserves his #### kicked for that. Lost all respect from me. I lost my cool, accordingly, and forgot about (Hamlin) behind him and backed into him. It hurts our (title) shot. Our shot was really hurt after Martinsville.'' Keselowski did go to Hamlin's team and apologized. He then went to Newman's crew chief, Tony Gibson, and expressed his displeasure about how Newman stopped in his pit stall during the race.
