I know John is expanding the network. They are installing a new tower at the elk farm on 231. But that shouldn't affect existing customers... I don't think. It may be the snowy winter... I don't know, but I would call them and place a service call the next time it happens. If it's been windy, antennas may have moved. Call 'em.
