Chase Briscoe Career Highlights

2020

  • Finished fourth in NASCAR Xfinity Series point standings as a member of the 12-driver playoffs. Advanced to the Championship 4 for the first time.
  • Won nine Xfinity Series races – Feb. 23 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, May 21 at Darlington (S.C.) Raceway, June 14 at Homestead-Miami Speedway, June 28 at Pocono (Pa.) Raceway, July 4 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway road course, Aug. 23 at Dover (Del.) International Speedway, Sept. 18 at Bristol (Tenn.) Motor Speedway, Sept. 26 at Las Vegas and Oct. 17 at Kansas Speedway in Kansas City.
  • Briscoe’s nine wins led the Xfinity Series and they were the most victories he had ever achieved in a single season. His 16 top-fives, 22 top-10s and 1,032 laps led were also single-season career bests, with his laps led tally the most of any driver in 2020.
  • Victory Oct. 17 at Kansas was Briscoe’s ninth win of the season, making him just the second driver in Xfinity Series history to score nine wins in 30 races, joining only Kyle Busch, who accomplished this feat three times (2010, 2013 and 2016).
  • Victory Sept. 26 at Las Vegas was Briscoe’s eighth win of the season and it came in the Xfinity Series’ 27th race. It put Briscoe in elite company, as he joined NASCAR legends Jack Ingram and Sam Ard, each of whom won eight races in 1984 through the series’ first 27 races.
  • Scored back-to-back victories for the first time in his Xfinity Series career when he won June 28 at Pocono and July 4 at Indianapolis.
  • Won first race of the DiaEdge Carolina Midget Showdown doubleheader event Dec. 12 at Millbridge Speedway in Salisbury, North Carolina.
  • Named as the driver for the No. 14 Ford Mustang in the NASCAR Cup Series beginning in 2021.

2019

  • Made NASCAR Playoffs in first full Xfinity Series season, advancing to the Round of 8 and finishing fifth in the championship standings.
  • Earned second career Xfinity Series win July 27 at Iowa Speedway in Newton.
  • Scored first career Xfinity Series pole Sept. 28 at the Charlotte (N.C.) Motor Speedway Roval and earned second career Xfinity Series pole Oct. 5 at Dover (Del.) International Speedway.

2018

  • Competed in 17 NASCAR Xfinity Series races, scoring a win and four top-10 finishes.
  • Made Xfinity Series debut Feb. 24 at Atlanta Motor Speedway.
  • Earned first career NASCAR Xfinity Series victory Sept. 29 at the Charlotte (N.C.) Motor Speedway Roval.
  • Won NASCAR Truck Series race July 18 at Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio, in lone Truck Series start of 2018.
  • Won Midwest Open Wheel Association (MOWA) feature July 14 at Tri-State Speedway in Haubstadt, Indiana.
  • Competed in select IMSA Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge Series races.

2017

  • Finished sixth in NASCAR Truck Series point standings in rookie season. Scored a win, four poles, 10 top-fives, 14 top-10s and led 288 laps.
  • Made Truck Series debut Feb. 24 at Daytona (Fla.) International Speedway.
  • Earned first career Truck Series victory Nov. 17 in season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway.
  • Captured first career Truck Series pole June 2 at Dover (Del.) International Speedway. Three other poles came June 17 at Gateway Motorsports Park in Madison, Illinois; Oct. 28 at Martinsville (Va.) Speedway; and Nov. 17 at Homestead.
  • Awarded Truck Series Rookie of the Year and Most Popular Driver titles.

2016

  • Earned ARCA Racing Series championship in rookie season with a commanding 535-point lead. Scored six wins, six poles, 14 top-fives, 18 top-10s and led 949 laps.
  • Earned first career ARCA victory June 26 at Winchester (Ind.) Speedway. Five other wins came July 9 at Iowa Speedway in Newton; July 22 at Lucas Oil Raceway in Clermont, Indiana; July 29 at Pocono (Pa.) Raceway; Sept. 15 at Chicagoland Speedway in Joliet, Illinois; and Oct. 14 at Kansas Speedway in Kansas City.
  • Earned first career ARCA pole April 9 at Fairgrounds Speedway in Nashville, Tennessee. Five other poles came April 24 at Salem (Ind.) Speedway; May 22 at Toledo (Ohio) Speedway; June 19 at Madison International Speedway in Oregon, Wisconsin; June 26 at Winchester; and Sept. 23 at Kentucky Speedway in Sparta.
  • Named to Ford Performance driver development program.

2015

  • Made ARCA debut July 24 at Lucas Oil Raceway.
  • Earned first top-five finish in second career ARCA start at Salem.

2013

  • Ran three NASCAR K&N Pro Series West races, debuting Sept. 28 at NAPA Speedway in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
  • Competed in Michael Waltrip’s Stock Car Dream Challenge, placing first in all but one discipline. Finished second overall.

2008 – 2014

  • Competed in various sprint car races.

2007

  • Began racing sprint cars.
  • In 37 starts, earned eight top-fives and 17 top-10s, including a win in final race of season.
  • Became youngest person to win a 410 sprint car race, breaking previous record (14 years old) held by NASCAR Hall of Famer and four-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Jeff Gordon.

2006

  • Competed in mini sprints.
