jeff_gluck Kyle Busch to receive identical penalty as Kevin Harvick. Four-race probation, $25k. Extends to all three series until June 15. .

bobpockrass The probation for both is really 5 weeks thru June 15 - four cup points races (Dover, Charlotte, Kansas, Pocono) & All-Star race.

JennaFryer #NASCAR says nothing coming for JPM and Newman. ``We believe they received our message loud and clear that enough is enough

@AndyLally: Ok, lesson learned for everyone, if youre going to brawl at a NASCAR race make sure to stop & do it on track & not in pit lane

kinda lame no points were not taken away, that would hurt more than the money, this kind of fine is not going make a driver think twice about their actions.

Glad no points were taken away from Kevin at least. Minus the pit road thing NASCAR needs Kevin vs Kyle.

There once was a driver named Busch
Who gave Kevin Harvick a push
    Got a standing ovation
    A fine and probation
Which was more like a smack on the tush

I had one for Kevin----but only bad words rhyme with Harvick!!!

Thanks to HiddenHollow for telling me where this was, here is a Harvick one by Cliff:

And then there was Kevin Harvick
Who thought he was going to be slick
    Got out of his car
    But did not go far
When Busch did really dumb trick
