I know Kyle and Matt had relatively extended stretches out front, but I think everyone woke up expecting a Jimmie Johnson win and he delivered with, in terms of total laps led, his most-dominant win ever. Some (the '04 Coca-Cola 600) might have had a higher percentage of laps led which, with the different sizes of tracks, is the better gauge of one's dominance but it was still a pretty big day for him. I'll be honest, I didn't think anyone else would lead today barring some different strategy or some wacky occurrence for the 48. That he only led 346 of 500 was surprising.
