With his win Sunday at Bristol, #18-Kyle Busch remained a part of an exclusive group. Busch, #48-Jimmie Johnson and #11-Denny Hamlin are the only drivers to have won the last 15 Sprint Cup races at Bristol, Martinsville and Richmond, the circuit's lone short tracks. thats kinda impressive for a 3 yr run, plus 2 of them from JGR, great job.

I remember times when there were only 4 cars on the lead lap.
Things have improved this decade with that, lucky dog for 1, and here recently the wave-arounds. The brakes they run now are a lot more tolerant too.
It's getting tougher to win on these little tracks, a lot of strategy involved on pit road, and you never know when you'll get caught up in something. But unlike the RP tracks, a lot of the damage is fixable, and aero doesn't matter much.

Slap on a bunch of tape and send 'em back out.
