I think Mike Ford is quite the able CC, I'm surprised he did not last longer at RPM. He will probably end up with a decent team.

the 4 or 5 reports i read said he was offered a job at BKR

JRM is going to need another CC with Smith added FT, maybe even 2 of them as Pemberton was hired for other duties, not to be a permanent CC --just a thought.
