Exactly right Schmoopy1000, as what dont you guys get? Shes showing how fast her RCR car is--its just her PT Lowfunded crew that has issues--period. When low funded teams use top teams equip they get the SAME equip as the top teams drivers have, why is that so tough to understand other then you dont want to? I'll be that Dillon or Sadler could jump in HER car and not have any issues other then changing the drivers seat for comforts of course and minor adjustments during pit stops. However with one of their crews who knows how well she could run without pit mistakes but they do all have them at times. The CC on Johanna's lowfunded team is said to be very good and apparently knows how to setup HER car as she is showing and saying how great it is in qualifying and during the race, despite the crew messing up during the race. I'll keep mentioning this untill some of you start to GET IT.
To sum up:
1--Danica has TOP Hendricks equip with a top team with JRM, who hasnt won a race in 2 yrs, and she IS without a stock car background, yet she should have several wins by now, when Hornish took 4 1/2 yrs to finally win?.
2--Johanna has garbage RCR equip, which IS competing for the NNs Championship with 2 drivers and numerous wins and she DOES have a stock car background but poor Johanna--c'mon--really? Course maybe goodyear is giving her their old tires as well since she keeps having tire issues-c'mom once again--she is good-- and with a better team she will be better--maybe??
BTW--as said--maybe some here should go read her bio you might learn something about HER early yrs of experience in stock cars, dirt tracks and short track racing vs Danica.
No offense to Johanna meant of course as she is talented and has the background to succeed, but those qualitys alone wont get her or any driver even change for a nickel without a big sponsor stepping up or a big sponsored team giving her a ride? It takes MUCH more these days then even results as you guys should know? We are seeing the loss of sponsors every day, even for most popular drivers recently announced, not to mention even winning drivers without rides, so its not easy? Good Luck to Johanna and her old used crappy RCR equip-yeh right. Seriously--Best of Luck to her.
BTW--just saw where espn said mr "daredevil" Travis Pastrano may have a Ft ride in NNS next yr--good grief--but should be interesting?
