Some like the tire changes, some dont.

http://www.nascar.com/news/120616/tire- ... index.html

It seems like those that like to race, their race cars like the changes (Carl & Ryan) They dont mind (or in ryans case used too) running cars that dont handle well.
Others like Dale Jr. & Ambrose, are upset because it changed the comfort zone they are used to relying on. On a track where it mostly the teams set ups that dictate who does well, this weekend might have a lot more driver input than normal. This could be good news for SHR who has actual driving drivers in their cars.

two teams that benefited from it were roush and the two obvious HMS drivers, and what do the 3 or 4 teams have in common? longevity with cc/driver, doesnt mean they will win, but will pull off a top 5 or ten

That is interesting. Ambrose is really unhappy with his car with the new left sides.
Not sure if this means anything really, more of theory to application. We'll see later today.
