WHAT IS WITH THE RESTARTS???????..........

Why at Bristol when someone jumps the restart, they aren't "blackflagged" ? Or why don't they line up and start again? Is there a special rule, just for Bristol?

not sure, they'll wave off starts & restarts in indycar & USAC if drivers are out of line. Indycar has longer running starts than nascar though (for obvious reasons) so they have more time to wave it off.

there is a article on jayski, that explains it, they said brad didnt give it the gas in the designated area so it was ok for matt to pass him..
