Dover Race

Well, obviously, the SHR camp needs to work on a Dover setup. :? Neither had enough speed to do anything. Had to be a long, drawn out, boring race. I still don't understand how you can run so well on similar tracks, and then go to some and completely not be a factor. Most boring race I've ever watched I think! Ryan needs to get back on a top 5 finishing spree. These guys with the wins are surely going to knock some folks out of the chase. I wouldn't want to be torward the bottom.

Re: Dover Race

You've got that right... the SHR teams have got some real problems that they need to figure out or this season will go down the tubes very quickly.

I kept watching the crawl at the top of the screen and seeing both Ryan & Tony losing spots along with a lot of other teams. Awful race to watch.

Re: Dover Race

watched the race from Ryan's pit box. I listened all day to the communication between Ryan and Gibson. First they were tight, then they were loose, then no lateral grip. I think Ryan said isn't that the same thing as being loose. No matter what the crew tried it just didn't work. I know they won't take this lightly. Ryan said it was the worst car he has ever had at Dover. Good finish considering what he had to work with.

Re: Dover Race

I miss-titled my original post. It was to be Dover...my bad.

As I said, not happy with Tony G. car set ups. How can you miss Newman's car set up that bad Gibson?

I'm sure Stewart had his say today at their shop. I doubt it was pleasant! This two car team at it's worst should not finish less than 15TH.

Oh well, they have to figure it out!
