SUVIVAL OF THE FITTEST AT BRISTOL!

Man, how many cautions.......that helped my driver basically?

Imagine that...another Hendrick(direct)win. Congrats to Kasey! I thought for sure with all the good cars going by the wayside that Team #48 would be in the drivers seat.....once again! But, as fate would have it....denied!

I seriously thought this race was going to be another snoozer for Team #39 by seeing all the practice/qualify speeds. About 75% of the time. Those practices will tell the tale of Team #39's chance at a race!

"With an ill handling race car"(the most famous words for Ryan)Newman managed to hang in there through all the usual turmoil at this track and pull off a P7! :D

Those of you fortunate enough to be able to listen in on each race with the scanner will always have a better perspective on each race. So, we all appreciate YOUR input! I use to have that scanner deal many years ago but no sense in having it when I have to pay taxes every Sunday and can't watch the races live! :D 8-)

It was a nice birthday present no doubt! :D

Let's build off of this Team #39 and get on track to a much better 2013............ ;)

Your feelings if any? :D

I always like hearing the comments and perspective of those who are able to listen to the radio, too.

It was great to see Ryan get a good finish...Yes, some cautions went his way but that's ok...good fortune is welcome. ;) A reward for hanging in among all that was going on and with an ill-handling car.

Hey Leslie O! Was sad seeing Tony have a "typical" Ryan Newman day. And Danica couldn't get out of her own way sadly as well. I know, we aren't supposed to dwell on the realities of Nascar racing but I have to tell it like it is! :D

If you ever get to read anything about Ryan Newman written by whoever? There's always a mention about Ryan's "ill handling race car." It's comical........

Better luck for all of S/H next weekend! ;) 8-)

I thought we got all the "ill-handling out of the way at the end of last year...CC change.

Well, it's still early but with a complete new race team and CC and Gen.6 cars..........it's like starting from scratch honestly 39_newman. There are NO notes in the computer to punch up. That's why practices are more crucial than ever! 8-)

I think as this year progresses. We will still get better performances from Matt than Tony G. for sure!

Glad you posted. Don't be a stranger around here we need you! :D

There are not many advantages being a Ryan Newman fan these days. But, that free bloomin onion will do!

Had a great birthday! My sis over in Indiana sent me $60.00 in cash bless her heart! :D
