All things Ryan

Fair amount of body (sheet metal) damage to the #39 after an aero incident with the #99. Nobody's fault. Just the unknown of the handling of this new Gen-6 car.

Carl's #99 & Mark Martin's #55 both received damage. Ryan did great not to hit anything else or roll the car.

It looked like Ryan was coming down, while the 99 was going up. Ryan had a run going on, and looked like he was going to pass the 99, so the 99 slid up the track to do a little side drafting, and the two cars got together.
I think we're going to see this at least twice during the 500.

Ryan got 1 lap in at the end of today's final practice after repairs were made - he was 26th of 27 cars that went out.

H, I was keeping up with the leader board on my phone and got a text from someone about Ryan's lil wreck. Once you posted your video and someone else told me Tony was not going out in practice 2 I felt I was up to speed. Can't thank all of the members enough who keep those of us at work updated on our guys!!
I'm off tomorrow and will be watching the duels!!

unbelievable...snake bitten already. Everything seems to be very particular on these cars as they don't draft well and there isn't much bump drafting - I doubt it's going to have the same speed now, as they weren't going to a backup. Oh well, got it out of the way early I guess. Maybe this will make Ryan run harder tomorrow and seeing what the car has instead of taking it easy. But man, other than that 2008 win this guy just can't buy a break at this track.

im just not a fan of plate tracks, yea its exciting to see the speeds, but to ave a day ruined by another competitor because they werent paying attention is not what i call fun.
