Hey All!

Mon Dec 17, 2012 11:40 am

Finally got moved after 19 years at my last address! Man, it's more work than I had imagined.

Like the look of the new 2013 cars so far! The idea was to have them look more like what you would see on the show room floor.

Hope all out there are well! I guess I can still talk about sports on here on the other forum I guess? Not many on here now a days...........

We used to live in a 9 room 2500 square foot ranch and then moved to where we are at now which is just over 750 square feet. This is more than consolidation...this is figure out what you need and don't need and then prepare to move. I actually like where we are now compared to where we were even though we had all that space. All that space just meant more maintenance.

Wow 9 rooms!

My cousin Raymond is a cardiologist here in Ohio. His house is amazing! Well over a million bucks in his house. His wine cellar is as big as where I am currently............. :D

We have a lot of homes worth that and a lot more. Our town is assessed at 1.2 billion dollars and of this total only 7% of our town is made up of businesses / municipal and the other 93% are homes.

Hope you love your new move.

I can't remember what our house is, 1,200 I think, 2 bedrooms & laundry room. We turned the 3rd bedroom into a hallway to outside & a laundry room.

I've gotten use to the now cars & will have to get use to the new cars again.

I guess all that matters in a home or apartment or trailer park is if you are happy with it and can tolerate your neighbors! ;)

I have lived in apartments for many years and had to deal with some seriously "bad" neighbors! Some apartment owners do NO "back ground checks" and even that doesn't reveal bad character in some? :? I looked into trailers but the cost is more than you would think. And we all know about the trailer park stigma here in America. A well run trailer park won't tolerate the riff raff!

A lot of apartments owners have given up and joined the "section 8/HUD" way of receiving steady income.

Beaver, that is exactly how I feel about the house we live in now... way more space than HH and I need and all it means is more to clean and maintain.

Amen...........more space, more to clean! We have 4300, and would love to down size, but selling a house right now is just not happening around here. Tony has 17,000 ......one person, one dog and I think he still has his kitty's.. Maybe we should ALL move in with him!  I am sure he won't mind.

If I can find a picture of Kyle's new house. I will post it......it is a nice place too! Not as big as Tony's only 13,000 square feet.

Just purchased for $7.5 million........... 8-) He'll need to win some races......
