so what's the prognosis for this weekend? I keep saying, just give the guy a car he can win a pole with, but this team doesn't seem to have enough speed for 1.5s, and doesn't look like Ryan's been getting any new cars lately. Getting towards the end of the year and he needs to be in the Shootout next year.

Are they actually trying new stuff on the 39 at all or is it the same ho-hum TG stuff in old chassis. Seems like HMS should be using Ryan to try out some new parts with the other 5 guys in the chase, at this point I don't care about the reliability.

ryan wont get new stuff, because he isnt in the chase & all their cars are going in the garbage bin after the season is over. With the new car coming out for next season. It sucks, but I can understand it. Tg is completely clueless with aero tracks, so unless they get lucky on a set up, dont expect much for the 1.5 mile tracks. For Ryan to get a good finish at them, he needs a late yellow so he can gain spots at the end of a race on the restarts.
