All things Ryan

if Denny drops out off the top ten, it wont help since he has two wins.
However if Harvick has 2 races where he DNFs he is only 57 points ahead of Kahne who can string together a run of good points. & 66 pts ahead of ryan. If Harvick however dropped out of the top ten (unlikely as it is) he has zero wins, which would change who is the 2 wildcards dramatically.

Hamlin might drop out of the top ten in points if he has more races like the last two. But he won't.
Harvick won't drop out of the top ten either.
Best not to think about points. That ship sailed a while ago. All about wins now.

can someone please clarify something for me? I'm a lil confused by this wild card thing. Ok as the points stand now Ryan is only nine points behind Kahne right? So lets say Ryan was able to pass him in points and the Chase started, would Kasey get the wild card over Newman because of the second win or would Ryan's one win and points give him the spot? That is the one thing I'm not too sure about as far as this whole wildcard thing.

The person with the most wins is the first wildcard. So if Ryan were to pass Kasey in points it wouldn't matter unless he got another win.

Gosh, I hate to wish anyone bad luck cuz karma is a crazy biotch.....but Harvick falling out of the top 10 would not phase me in the least.

I dont think Denny and Harvick drop out off the top ten. Worse scenario is if Hamlin out and Edwards in top10. This scenario is worse also for Kyle. Gibbs doesnt want this scenario. Harvick is struggling, but Ryan or Kasey or Jeff needs top5s and Harvick doesnt make top15s.. Best scenario is when Kyle wrecks himself and Harvick..
