I think that you are assuming Fox News knows what it is even talking about! Now if we see it on Jayski, ESPN, Speed and NASCAR, then you might consider it factual. If it is factual everyone would be jumping on this story. Think right now, I would call it Fox filler.

I question anything that Lee Spencer says but who knows. Someone speculated that Ryan could go to the 20 and Kurt to the 39. Kurt is an amazing driver, but I hope that isn't the case. I honestly don't see Ryan leaving SHR though. Ryan said that given the chance he wants to stay.

But this is just talk. I do see Logano getting the boot (though he is actually doing decent this year). I the deal with Ryan being told to look elsewhere lies with sponsorship.

kurt is a tool, anyways everybody knows SS loves Jamie and would cream in his pants if he drove for SHR, but tony isnt going waste his time on Kurt and if he cant find a driver with the same skills as ryan, or better, he wont hire anyone.

I still cant find whatever this link is saying, but I found through SpeedTV, the driver section of Ryan Newman, which also doesnt say anything about him staying or leaving or anything for that matter. However it shows tweets from I assume normal people, not SHR people, that they says Tony says he will do everything he can to keep Ryan with SHR. Dont know where that info comes from since it is being read off of a tweet, but usually when people start talking, means something has been said.
Which makes me wonder if some big named team has reached out to Ryan? I mean how would we know. Ryans team seems to be the most secretive team on earth LOL.
But if I find an actual quote from Tony saying anything that resembles these tweets, then I would suspect someone is asking about him. Dont know what rides would even be available, but I guess the Ryan silly season might have finally started. (after 2 years of suspecting contract year)

yeah I did that. it doesnt scroll down for me, so the only part I can read has Pemberton talking & has nothing to do with Ryan. So I dont know what the link says. but I find the tweets interesting.
