when is enough, enough?

i guess some members are getting bored with our talk about ryan and his CC, which is cool, and their right, but it is also anyone's right to post threads about said subject, this is a forum for debate, of course this site it doesnt always go that way,
a couple of days ago i had a small but great convo with two SHR members on facebook about this subject, and it was great, they didnt get mad when i asked "how did tony get a new CC and not ryan?"
they shared their thoughts on the whole thing,
I bring this up a lot and still dont get a good answer. It isnt a dig at tony, and tony fans need to stop thinking that, i throw my digs at tony out front, i dont hide behind a comment. Ryan has some blame in this matter, but if anyone who listens to ryan's radio they will tell you tony gibson isnt up to speed, he always has an excuse.
i will continue to talk and bring this subject up, as long as the miscues continue to happen.

I will do the same MJ because thats what real fans do. We want the best for our driver and will continue to debate about it till it is right more often then not right. Thats what fans expect from their drivers or players of sports other then NASCAR.

as fans we have the right to question what goes on at SHR and the dealings with ryan, i will still never get why tony got the new CC and Ryan's team wasnt touched...

I'm not a fan of TG, he does have an excuse for everything and sometimes uses the same one over and over. From what I've read, Ryan is close to TG and doesn't blame him. It's probably going to take Ryan requesting changes before anything is done. He also needs luck to go his way more often, like the last race.

Ryan doesn’t want a different CC and that is why he is still with TG. They have been competing against the 14 group instead of recognizing that they are a part of that team with the same exact resources at their disposal. I also believe that Addington is a much better TEAM player than Grubb was. Zippy is also a HUGE asset. This will be a good year for Newman and the 39 team.

yeah the one thing that I get excited to rest my hope hat on, is that Addington & Zippy seem to be more involved with TG to help the #39 team.
When I heard Tg say on TV that he has already learned a lot from Addington & Zippy this year. My 1st thought is why hasnt anyone worked to "teach" him the past three years & then Thank god they are all working together much better than years past. it would be great to see him hit a stride late in the year going into the Chase. If they can get him to figure out handling on aero tracks, that would be awesome. Texas is the 1st try out! By the way. TG's confidence is going up. For annalee's sake, lets Hope it continues to go forward.

I believe there was a definite personality clash going on between Gibson and Grubb. That doesn't make one or the other a bad guy, it just wasn't clicking. I have high hopes for the 39 team as well.

Ryan's comments about not wanting a crew chief change I feel justifies my rants. The driver is happy for the most part with his team, yet fans still complain.

Darian is a better crew chief then Gibson, but I think Gibson fits the SHR mold moreso then Darian did. Which is why we saw Grubb get the pinkslip and Gibson didn't.

I can't wait for Gibson and Ryan to get contract extensions, Newman fans will me complaining for more years to come.
