I have problems with flashing lights or chaser lights...it is an epileptic light sensativity thing for me. I have the same problem with the CFL bulbs. Finally got Congress to reverse its decision to do away with them and they will be around for a long time to come. They did not look at the health aspects for people that would be affected by them.

I just happen to work on a political campaign for a US Senator who was on a subcommittee who was more than willing to listen to what I had to say on the issue. We spent more than an hour on the phone discussing it. She said she learned more in that one hour than 4 days in a locked room with a bunch of doctors. Sometimes they just need to hear it in plain english as well...kind of like give it to me straight, I can handle it. The incandescent bulbs that won't be done away with are the 25 watt, the 40 watt, 7 watt, 4 watt, and I do believe the 60 watt...but I am not 100% sure on the last one. It is a huge change considering it was originally just the 7 and 4 watt bulbs that were staying.

I too am politically active & this has been one of my priorities recently.
CFL Bulbs – This is interesting; also insane to intelligent individuals!

This video has been around before, but still interesting to watch and listen to.

It clearly illustrates how government is continuously forcing their will on our daily lives.

Every year government (federal and state) are telling businesses what they can and cannot sell.

Every year government (federal and state) are demonizing businesses that do not support their liberal agenda --- bad-mouthing Wal-Mart, McDonalds, etc..

I reccomend watching this Texas legislator explain like only Texans Can !!!!

Nice. I'm sooo glad to see the US Army is still able to sponsor a team in NASCAR... the #39 team, specifically.

Go Army, go Ryan! :)
