SHR Cars

I'm a Harvick fan. These cars falling apart are really getting on my nerves. Get your stuff together SHR.

For those that haven't seen Rodney Childer's tweet...

"Hard to tell right now, but looks like a tire rubber fire burned an oil line?? We did not loose an engine.. HMS does an awesome job.."

Re: SHR Cars

Read a Tweet from Rodney Childers he posted less than an hour ago -

"looks like we ran over something and cut a oil line. Must have been when the 78 wrecked in front of us while we were the leader?"

Unfortunate, but that's racin'

At least it wasn't an outright mechanical failure.

Re: SHR Cars

Good grief--can ALL 4 of the SHR drivers EVER finish a race without some of them having problems at every race so far--talk about bad luck?.

Strange unforeseen happenings are expected in Racing.
We have several new pieces in the SHR puzzle. They WILL work
themselves out. I would be willing to gamble SHR will be a better
respected and feared team than RCR by year end.

Look at the driver lineup we have, talented hard charging drivers.

Stewart is a given talent.

Harvick seems to have a new outlook. He knows he has the owners
committed backing, AND, he wants to beat his friend in a bad way.

Kurt knows that he is on the edge. He has worked his way back to
a top flight team, and does NOT want to screw this up.
It has taken him a while to get back to a team of this caliber.

Keep yer eyes open..... this is gonna be a helluva ride....!!!!!

Re: SHR Cars

Majority of the top drivers had issues at Bristol and the season has just started, i'm sure the problems will be resolved long before the chase. I'm just happy Harvick finally has a ride worth talking about.

Re: SHR Cars

When you have four cars, it won't be unusual for some to have problems. Other teams don't have all of their cars do well every week. Patience, patience, it's a long season.

I agree. Lets not start the same talk that plagued them for the first 4 months last year. Lets just keep cheering for them and maybe good things like Tony's run yesterday will follow them. The cars breaking down does bother me a bit. SHR uses Hendrick engines just like Hendrick driver's do. So, why do these things only seem to happen to our drivers and not Hendrick drivers? Although, gotta say, JJ's tire made me laugh a little. Just hope things keep on improving for all of them.
