Re: Drafting with "Gilligan"

Well MJ you would be proud that I actually "TRIED" to watch the show on Fox that JJ was on last night. Unfortunately, that show was so bad (yep, it really sucked) that I had to turn it off. For a show that was supposed to be funny, it bombed big time. No offense to JJ though as I'll have to admit it wasn't his fault the show was so stupid.

Well I have more appreciation for those that choose drivers for whatever reason they like them. Vs. liking them just because they are winning all the time. So Kudos to you MJ.

Re: Drafting with "Gilligan"

it was the same with ryan, i remember him from a few races in 01 and when he went full time in 02, i knew he was gonna be something good, i still feel that way, i think he needs some racing luck, and he could get himself that championship

Re: Drafting with "Gilligan"

When the last caution came out tony thought it would take to long to get in line and go so he told Gillian to go with out him if he could find a better partner at the end.

Re: Drafting with "Gilligan"

Due to the big wreck on the first G-W-C, tony knew half the field just lost their partner. Thought it would be better to just go for broke and pick up anyone. I didn't like that call because he dropped back but it may have saved him from getting in those two wrecks on the last lap. Really he was screwed like so many others when they hung back but didn't get a caution until 3 to go.
