HH, I stand with my side next to the bed and relax and throw my self down on the bed on my side. I did this three times twice daily on each side......I know it sounds crazy but it really helped....they said it realigns your inner ear..........my husband said it just unscrambled my brain hope it helps you.

So glad TSR won the night with Donny and Tony and Steve improved their starting spots. That's a good night if you ask me. Everyone finished, everyone improved from where they started and one of our 3 guys won the race. Good stuff!

Congratulations to Donny on his 2nd win at BubbaRaceway last night! Woohoo. And very glad Tony improved his starting spot to finish 3rd. And Steve is getting better as well.

The A Main finish for Saturday night:
(1-10) Schatz, Shaffer, Stewart, Blaney, Pittman, Gravel, Wilson, McMahan, Sides, Dewease.
(11-18)Dietrich, Darrah, Buckwalter, Henry, Holtgraver, K. Kinser, Hafertepe Jr., Smith
(19-24) Helms, Sodeman Jr., S. Kinser, Haudenschild, Lasoski, Schuchart.

Really wish Speed would cover these dirt races. They're pretty exciting to "watch" on Twitter. Imagine what they'd be like if you could actually watch them.

Which reminds me... Chilli Bowl is on today - at 4pm est on NBC Sports Network!!! Yeah!
Here on Xfinity, the race isn't listed. The guide is showing "Motorsports Hour" at 4pm. So hopefully I'm not missing this!

Oh..and...
There's 6 days till the Shootout. 7 days till Qualifying. 11 days till Bud Duel. 14 days till Dayton 500!! & 164 days till Eldora!

Did you know the last time Tony raced in trucks was 2005. He raced in 2 races during that season. He finished in the top 5 in one race, and the top 10 in the other. Wouldn't it be awesome to see him racing a truck at Eldora? I know it's not going to happen this year. But I can dream....can't I?
