You’ve all fought hard to become the champion of the 2012 SHR VIP Garage. In the end, there could only be one winner, this year it’s
cmarkey! You’ve won an autographed trunk lid from Tony’s car raced at Infineon. The lid is signed by all 3 SHR [url]drivers[/url].
Congratulations, and big THANKS goes out to everyone that participated this year. Please prepare for next year’s season, we’re going to be adding a lot of great new features to the garage!

I now have to wonder what the point is in playing to win when the last three seasons, the winner of the prize has always been the one in first place. I am now going to re-think whether it is even worth the effort...especially with four weeks vacation time in the woods where there is no internet service.

Congrats cmarkey, and not true beaverpond I was first 2010 if I remember correctly and DRL Deboer won from 8th place.

And that's beside the fact that who knows who would have been in the top 25, much less 1st place if all the races had counted. Yeah, you know what I'm talking about. Just so happens I had a very good points week that week. So it's all pretty much a bunch of crap. Might as well have been conducted by racer for what's it's worth
Sour grapes? After 4 years in the top 25, yeah, pretty much...

Well, I say CONGRATS To CMarkey, whoever you are. WTG and when you receive your "prize" it would be fun if you could upload a picture of it. Gosh, if I had won it, I wouldn't have a place for it!

WOW!!!! This is awesome. I want to thank the SHR garage. I really enjoyed playing again this year.
I can't wait to receive my prize and to show my son. I will post pictures for all to see.

I think it's right for the prize to go to the one with the most points. Just like it does for the driver with the most points who wins the Sprint cup championship.
I came in second the first year (different screen name then) and was very dissappointed that the prize didn't go to the member who beat me.
I don't post a whole lot either, but I like playing the game.

Then the rules should say that about who will be the prize winner be instead of saying it will be one of the members chosen from the top 25 when in actuality they choose the person who is in first place. All it is, is deception. If it is going to go to the one with the highest points...then the administrators need to be a little more up front by saying it is going to the person who has the most points. How hard would that be.

I agree. If that's what was printed in the rules, they should have done it.
When it was done the first year though, I don't remember that being in the rules.

Here it is sorry for the delay. Great piece of memorabilia. I am still unsure of where exactly I want to hang it but I will find the right spot. Thanks again for all the congratulations and thanks again Stewart-haas.
