I'm computer stupid. I've done this once, but have no idea where I found it or how I done it.
Here's my problem. I have road runner & I get crap E-mail, I click block E-mail address.
My blocking of E-mail addresses only allows me so many addresses & then it's full.
Well, it's full.
How to I delete all of them & start over with an empty box? I can't find that area on my computer for anything. When the little pop up box tells me it can't add _________(e-mail address) to the list because it's full, it doesn't say where this is at.

Not knowing too much about your system, I clear out my sent items folder first to the deleted items folder. Then go to "edit" then to "Empty Deleted Items Folder". Depending on how often you do this, it can take seconds, minutes, or hours.
My mother-in-law is famous for waiting until her e-mail system crashes and telling me she needs help. I now have gotten to the point of charging her for gasoline because it is 1.5 hours each way and my vehicle only gets 15 miles per gallon and she lives 59 miles away. When will she ever learn. Maybe I ought to remind her now, now that you are saying this.
I have my in-laws and my parents using the same e-mail program I am using. It is easier to fix things this way than to try and figure out three different programs.

I do that beaver, deleting old & sent mail & received mail. The new mail, sent mail, old mail, deleted mail, spam mail are all on the same box. But my area for the blocked E-mail addresses is a different story. It's someplace else & I've looked my eyes out trying to find it again.
I'm using internet explorer. I don't know if that makes a diff either. It was simple I remember myself telling me once I done that & said I wouldn't forget how to find it. Well, my brain has gone dead & I can't find it.

Hey Beaver, download & install TeamViewer
(free for non-commercial use) on both PCs then you will be able to give her remote support.
I have been doing PC tech support for my in-laws for years. They live in Indiana during the summer months and winter 3-hours south of me in FL during the winter. With TeamViewer, I can connect to their PC wherever they are and do anything that I can do as if I were sitting in front of it. Great program!
What is it about email?!? That seems to be my mother-in-law's biggest problem too.

Remember, Tony is driving in the NNS race today at 1pm, ESPN.
Man, I can't find anything on this "new" NASCAR.com website. Where are the practice results and race lineups?
