Oh it is nice and warm on Mount Washington...it is 30* and winds are blowing at 48 mph with a wind chill of 7*. Makes me wonder what it will be when I get up in the morning and what we will be here as well.

Yup, up bright and early to find out who is going to school and who is going to work. Both my daughter and Mrs B were not feeling well last night.

Anyway, down here in the valley things are getting a little cool. Starting to feel like autumn is in the air with a temperature of 33* and 0 wind. The high is supposed to be 75*, but we will see if we reach that.

Mount Washington is 38*...warmer than last night...and the wind is blowing at 24 mph. They say the wind chill is 14* this morning up there.

I made up a batch of hot chocolate and left some marshmellows out for those interested.

Well it's 5:20 am here in Fallston, Md and its 46*. I think fall is in the air around here.
Great race yesterday and Ryan and Tony did a great job of wheeling. and there crews weren't to shabby either..

Well, 3 something this morn I wake up & hear something up on the roof. Hubby goes outside & this time, there's 2 coons up there. So the one he shot with a bebe gun musta told her kids to go up there for her.

Hubby seen a pellet gun for sale some store that's a quiet shot. That's what he's thinking about investing in.

So from being woke up & having to get up to fill water balloons so hubby could toss up at them, I tell him to just get the gargen hose & use the sprayer. One went down the furnace chimney while the other got wet. It would run from end of house to end of house getting wet. It was non stop, until the hubby gave up using so much water & the stupid thing not leaving.

Nap time today. Never could get back to sleep.

We have high wind warnings posted here and rain moving in this afternoon. Temperature is better than yesterday morning. It is 49*.

Even Mount Washington is not bad at 41*...it is the wind that might toss you around a little at 38 mph.

Burr beavers. Wind won't help that temp feeling much either.

Right now humidity is at 80%.
Chance of rain 70%.
High 65* Low 43* (burr, I think that's our coldest night since spring)

Remember what Mrs B said, that is up on Mount Washington. Here in the valley it is 49* and the wind is currently blowing at 1 mph, but that will all change this afternoon.

Today I have to go out with my team on the facilities committee and look at all the schools in the district for the pluses and minuses and see what we will have to deal with in the short term and the long term. This is going to be one long day. Start off at 8:00am and finish at 2:00 if I am lucky, but I have been told it could go until 4:00.

I also have to get my district ID done today...fun, fun, fun.

Good morning ya'll. It's been raining here all night and we're in a flood watch til this evening. I just wanted to let ya'll know that I've been enjoying myself in the chat room on raceday, even though I made that stupid mistake on Sunday. I told a friend at work (she's a big Tony fan who says he can take her socks off any time, lol and eww) about my senior moment and she slapped me for it (hope Schmoopy is happy now, lol). Anyway I'm looking forward to joining ya'll again this weekend, the good Lord willing and creeks don't rise.

Well the creek is rising here in NC, the wind is really blowing.......Yikes!! Hope this stops soon, have one puppy under the bed and one on my lap These are my brave watch dogs!

Everybody better hold their breath for this weekend. I just looked at the weather forecast for this weekend.

It is a 40% chance of rain on Friday night.

Saturday afternoon is supposed to be mostly cloudy with a 50% chance of rain Saturday night.

Sunday there is a 60% chance of rain.

Talk about a wet week. It has been raining most of the day today and tomorrow is supposed to be the same. Thursday is supposed to be mostly sunny.

Welp, I've been stuck here in Edgewood, Md for a week waiting for my van to be fixed. I finally got it back at 5:00 last night. Time for a road trip , headed for Ambridge, Pa. this morning. If I leave here by 5:00
I'll be ahead for the downtown traffic and should be there by 11:00.

Good Morning all. I do believe that Fall is in the air here as it's 46 out this morning. Naturally it'll rain on Friday, because it's Sept. 21 and it always rains (even if it's just a few sprinkles) on my birthday. It has done this since I was a kid. Hope everyone has a good day, I'll be heading off to work shortly.
