That win against Cincy for the Bears is looking pretty good now....eh? :) ;)

Now time to take care of the Pittiful Steelers. 8-)

Who would have thought that the Lions would keep pace (or gain) on Chicago this week and not GB or Minn? I wouldn't have bet on that at all.

Re: NFL Football 2013-2014

im still not impressed with cinncy..... they had the packers beat, but then the packers rolled off 30 points, only to have cinncy win by 4, a team like the bears SHOULD beat a team that is inconsistent like the bengals.

and i stand by my statement " a team is only as strong as their qb." ponder sucks big time....

Rodgers takes blame, helps teammates recover.
Loss to the Bengals will be difficult to digest. Read more: http://oak.ctx.ly/r/cubi

What a statement game last night for Jay Cutler. The hit he delivered on his run for a first down....awesome! That whole drive showed how good, and tough, Jay really can be.

I would guess the Bears are going to win about 14 games this season. New Orleans will be tough, now that they can play defense.

I did say "about"...so I get 13 and 15 too. Anything less, or a perfect season, and you may serve my crow medium-well.

Re: NFL Football 2013-2014

May be a bit much, but looking at Chicago's schedule, it's doable.

Of course, now our pro-bowler def. lineman, Melton, may have a torn ACL. :(

Re: NFL Football 2013-2014

i checked out their schedule when you made your prediction, and on paper it looks doable, but you never know, bringing up that injury as you did, if they can stay away from major injuries they have a shot

Re: NFL Football 2013-2014

So, Ravens give up 7 touchdowns and 49 points in the first game...then 0 touchdowns and a total of 15 points. Yep, same "which guys will show up" team as the last couple years. :|
