profile pic

Ok. Forgive me all for my stupidity. I know it has been posted on this site before (not necessarily this forum though). I need to know how to get my profile pic back on here. I feel naked without a pic. Thanks for anyone who can walk a some what computer idiot through the process (I can use a computer but sometimes I have brain farts).

Go to your photos
Right click on the photo to resize
choose resize photos
advanced
set up size as 120x120
save file
should work...hope this helps.
Or U can do it in photobucket... j

just pic ur photo that u have, then go to user control panel...
