I think that perhaps both companies may benefit. The outdoor folks may confuse the logo's ( OK sports folks - bass fish means hunting / fishing supplies LOL ) but not the stores. Some folks don't like little shops and would prefer to do biz w/a name brand corp and some, just the opposite.
So if someone wants something, thinks of the bass pic, and goes there. It's like advertising for both stores... free I might add. If they were smart, they would work together, each carrying different brands & such so they don't compete, selling the same stuff.
I'm glad the "little guy" won this battle... but at quite the financial expense to him, while BPS writes the whole thing off on their taxes. Where's the justice? LOL
