Getting Seidenberg back was a big plus...but, they're gonna' need "all hands on deck" for the Pens. Defense is about even. Boston has the better goalie...but, that Penguin offense is awesome, gonna' be hard to stop.

IF the Bruins can "contain" the Pens offence, and continue to get scoring from the 4th. line...they COULD win. If not, it's over in 5...maybe 6?

...I knew they could do it...but, even I didn't expect this...scary team... ;) :)

Congrats Bruins fans!

Now, once the Hawks finish off the Kings, you'll be playing a team that can actually skate.

Hawks...got this.

...I wouldn't be so cocky. If you think the 'Hawks are gonna' walk on the Bruins, you may be in for a surprise. IF the Bruins continue to play the way they have been it's gonna' be tough for the 'Hawks. And I have no favorite(I'm a Caps fan, my guyz been gone) this is just what I've observed as a LONG time hockey fan. ;) :)

I didn't say "Hawks are gonna walk on the Bruins."
I did say they would finish off the Kings.
My statement about a team that can actually skate isn't so much a cocky statement about the Blackhawks, as it is a slam on Pittsburgh. Did the Penguins EVER beat Boston down the ice in this series?
I feel the Hawks have the best defense. Finishing off the big ol' bruising champs shows that they can be physical. And they flat out can fly with the puck. If Crawford can avoid the mistakes, this could be over quick, but I'll pick Chi-town in 6.

...6 sounds good... ;) BTW, maybe the Pens didn't beat the Bruins down the ice 'cause they can skate too. I feel the 'Hawks have the best "D" that the Bruins have faced yet in the playoffs...but, I also feel the Bruins have the best "D" that the 'Hawks have faced in the playoffs too. I feel like Rask is a touch better than Crawford too, at the moment of course. ;) The 'Hawks offense is better than the Bruins. IF both teams play up to their own standards and there are no more injuries, I think 6-7...and it could go either way. :)

Re: Hockey 2012-2013

last nites game was defiantly the best of the 5 games, that goal by richards was sweet, but chicago's mo all year is getting that last goal to win the game, all i know if my team was playin overtime i would be going bonkers, OT in hockey for me is the best, it can end at any second and ya never know how it will turn out....

Re: Hockey 2012-2013

well last series of the year, for my greed i hope it goes all 7 games, because this will be the last games until mid october and training camp...... next year will be weird having detroit being in the eastern conference, as good as their teams have been, i think it will be harder playing in the east.

No doubt about it, the Bruins and the Hawks def. have the best defense that either team has faced in the playoffs. I do think that Chicago is doing a bit better than Pitt did at handling the menacing, speed-killing Bruins.
I was more impressed with Crawford in this game. He reminded me of P. Roy at times.
Rask is very good, but it helps having the big ol' 6'9" Lurch in front of him. ;)
Going to be a great series.

Re: Hockey 2012-2013

if tonite is any indication, this is going to be a good series, there was some hard checks, alot of of jawing and fighting in front of the net, that will defiantly pick up as the games go on...
