I got my picks made last evening even though I couldn't get to any of the topics without getting an ERROR message. Somebody must have fixed it.

You don't realize how much you use your abdominal muscles until a doctor cuts into them. Getting in or out of a chair or bed. Trying to pick up something down low. Walking, to mention a few.
I've also learned that you don't want to laugh, sneeze, cough, belch or get the hiccups... PAIN!

I, like Mrs HH was able to make my picks around 8:30 last night. But wasn't able to get on any of the threads.

Sounds like you need one of those chairs like what my father has. It is specifically made for old people.
Leave it their granddaughter to say that, yea my daughter. I just had to leave the room cause I could not stop laughing. This chair goes from standing straight up to laying flat out. It also has built in heat and massage. It is great for his back and hip. He even got medicare to pay for it with the help of his team of doctors who insisted he needed it.

Oh HH, I had a C-section........I feel your pain! Yikes......Put a pillow over your stomach when cough, sneeze, laugh or anything else, it helps, just keep it handy, you never know when they are going to happen...each day things will get better!

At first I wasn't able to log in, then I could log in but couldn't look at a post or go to My VIP. I copied the error and sent it to Animink but still couldn't read a post till this morning. I could change my picks yesterday afternoon and evening, but I didn't and I did check them today to make sure they didn't change. With the start order determined by 1st practice, it's going to be a crash fest. Casey Mears with the 1st pit stall? Come on, such a waste

Hi everyone!! wow so the garage had a major oil spill....lol i got the same message when i tried to come on here i am glad they got it cleaned

Oil spill?!? I think we got some of those bad valve springs and blew an engine.

Maybe they were making updates for their benefit for stuff because of the spam crap. At lease we could log in to get our points & make or change driver picks still.
Tonight right now it's slower that a snail to get around in here.

We're having a posting spike because the race tonight was so exciting. Saturday night, Tony wrecked in a battle for 1st, dropping to 10th in the standings, and the chase so near. Everyone wants to have their say.
